6 Ways to Boost Your Testosterone

​Testosterone has gotten a bad rap.

Some poor, misled souls have blamed it for all things angry and aggressive. Many others have bought into the propaganda.

But the truth is, if testosterone was a person, he (or she, we all have it) would be one happy camper.

He'd be confident and assertive. He'd take risks, and welcome all challenges with a cheerful zest.

His body would be lean, and muscular. His bones would be strong, he would be less likely to suffer from depression, and his chances of developing Alzheimer's would be slim.

Hanging out with testosterone would be a lot of fun, plain and simple.

But unfortunately, men today have about 50% less testosterone than our grandfathers did.

Which means we're lacking all that fun stuff testosterone brings to the table.

Now, it's possible you don't care about any of that. If that's the case, that's cool.

But if you have any interest in being leaner, more muscular, happier, more confident and assertive, or maintaining a healthy libido, you may want to solve this 'low testosterone problem.'

Unlike Sway, I have some answers. In fact, there are a lot of things you can do that will have a profound effect on your testosterone, and the quality of your life.

1. TRAIN WITH INTENSITY

THIS ONE REALLY HELPS IN THE 'LEAN AND MUSCULAR' DEPARTMENT AS WELL.

THIS #TEAMNOSLEEP NONSENSE IS MAKING YOU SOFTER AND WEAKER.

IF YOU'RE CURRENTLY A MEMBER OF THIS TEAM, I RECOMMEND QUITTING YESTERDAY.

3. EAT WHOLE, QUALITY FOOD

IF IT HAD A FACE, A MOM AND DAD, OR GREW IN THE GROUND, GET IT INTO YOUR BODY.

DEADLINES, PRESENTATIONS, INBOXES FULL OF EMAILS- YOUR BODY IS RESPONDING TO MOST OF THESE THINGS AS IF A LION JUST WALKED INTO YOUR CAVE LICKING ITS LIPS.

SIMPLY PUT- WE'RE IN A CHRONIC STATE OF STRESS, AND THIS IS DEVASTATING FOR YOUR WELL BEING (AND TANKING YOUR TESTOSTERONE LEVELS).

HERE'S THE PROBLEM- MODERN LIFE ISN'T GOING AWAY UNTIL THE COMET HITS THE EARTH, SO YOU HAVE TO TAKE MATTERS INTO YOUR OWN HANDS BY DELIBERATELY MANAGING YOUR STRESS.

5. ​SOME VITAMIN D WON'T HURT

NEARLY 50% OF THE USA POPULATION IS DEFICIENT IN VIT D, AND THIS IS HURTING OUR TEST LEVELS.

The best way to REMEDY THIS BY GETTING OUTSIDE AND BASKING IN THE SUN. 20-30 minutes 3 times per week is a good target.

6. Carry Yourself With Pride

IF YOU SLOUCH LIKE SOMEONE WHO JUST GOT SAND KICKED IN THEIR FACE, YOUR TESTOSTERONE WILL BE NEGATIVELY AFFECTED.

BUT IF YOU STAND TALL, STRONG, AND CONFIDENTLY, YOUR TEST WILL INCREASE.

BASICALLY, YOUR HORMONES WILL REACT TO THE MESSAGE YOU SEND THEM. YOU'RE IN THE DRIVERS SEAT HERE.
