If you know me and my philosophies at all, and if you're reading this you probably do (if not, welcome!), then you know that I don't believe in eliminating treat foods from your diet. I also believe that deviations and missteps from your plan will happen, and it isn't so much about scolding yourself for messing up as it is about recovering fast and getting back on track.
While it is completely possible to stay reasonably on track while on vacation, and I provide a lot of information to help you do so, you are MUCH more likely to slide off track than you are during your normal everyday life. This is OK! It's a vacation after all. But when you get back, its important that you are able to refocus quickly and start crushing your nutrition again.
Too often vacation mode lingers, even for weeks after returning to the everyday routine. This is where a lot of potential progress is missed, but this won't be the case for you because you're about to watch the short video below.
