While assessing some of my clients results today, I began to reflect on why some people absolutely crush it, and others...well, don't.
I've been working with people on their fitness goals for 11-12 years, and I have noticed a very obvious common thread that connects those that crush it. Something that everyone else is missing.
It has nothing to do with resources like money, access to good food, gyms, or even time. It has nothing to do with family obligations, work hours or social life.
It has everything to do with a certain mind set. It's nothing complicated, but it certainly isn't obvious. When you see what it is, it will click for you. How you see everything will change in an instant, and you'll be among those who absolutely crush their fitness goals.
