Its as if, as soon as the calendar flips to December, people immediately throw in the towel and wait for next year.
This is a dangerous time of year.

Also, it's eating season.

Sure, New Year's Eve is right around the corner. But the next three weeks aren't going anywhere and they still count towards you building that badass looking body.
Also, I will never be the guy to tell you not to enjoy the holidays and eat up, at least a little bit.

Instead those extra calories are going to waste, and are instead being used to make it harder to wear your favorite pair of jeans.
Finally, this is a stressful time of year.
With its all the traveling, thousands of kids runnning around the house screaming, not to mention the crazy relative we all have.
You need the gym now more than ever.
So don't wait for the new year to roll around to slam the pedal to the floor on these goals of yours.
And don't throw away all that you've accomplished by staying out of the gym and adopting the F-it Diet.
Sure, 2017 is your year. And I sincerely hope you grab next year by the bean bag and owning it.
