Everybody's happiest when they have a mission.
Dogs are happiest when they're chasing squirrels, digging holes, taking shits in various locations.
People are no different.
A lot of us think that happiness comes from comfort, but this isn't true at all.
Real happiness comes from having a mission. The type of mission that lights a white hot fire in your belly and launches you out of bed in the morning.
Your mission can't be contained within any one of your daily activities- your job, your favorite political party, your fitness routine- your mission arches above them all.
You may not be able to put your mission into words, but you know it when you feel it.
When you clear away all the stuff in your day that you 'have to do' and 'should do', you can start to see what really inspires you...
...how you want to impact the world, what you're here to do.
Figuring out what your mission is will have a huge impact on the rest of your life, because knowing your mission sheds light on why you do everything.
Everything you do on a daily basis ties into your mission in some way.
This is why you have time for some things and not for others.
Now, I have an important question for you.
How does being lean, strong and healthy tie into your mission?
If you haven't been consistently attacking your goals, you probably haven't noticed how they link up.
But I bet you they do.
No matter what your mission in life is, you will execute it better when you are strong, lean and confident.
Your strength, confidence and energy will spill over into your relationships, the people you attract into your life, the work that you do, and how you impact the world.
So take the time to observe how your goals of becoming lean, strong and confident will tie into your life's mission.
This will not only supercharge your results in the gym, it will also multiply how effectively you carry out your mission.
